Our team can design, build, and implement industrial machine automation. We have experience upgrading existing PLC's, remote IO, and motion controls with Rockwell/AB and Siemens systems. We can support with troubleshooting, obsolesces component management, and installation.
New Equipment Installation

Grove's experienced team of engineers and electricians will plan and execute new equipment installations. We have installed new industrial automation controls, low voltage power distribution, large DC & AC motors, transformers, motor control centers, and low/medium voltage substations.
Preventative Maintenance
At Grove, our expert level engineering and maintenance experiences can be used to create an entire custom built program for your assets. We have built programs for motors (up to 4000hp), industrial controls, and substations. These programs were used in both industrial manufacturing and mining industries. Grove can also provide supplemental electrical labor on an as-needed basis to increase PM activities.
IR Imaging Surveys
Engineering & Project Management Solutions
IR imaging is a required NPFA 70B preventive measure that prevents fire, catastrophic equipment failures, and production downtime. Grove offers IR Imaging Surveys on all power distribution and control system equipment. Each survey includes a final report that contains all images, priority ranking for each finding, and recommendations to correct each finding.

Grove offers full electrical engineering and project management services to its customers. Our engineers have completed industrial controls modernization upgrades, new equipment design, power distribution design, and substation modernization. Our engineering team can support on an as-needed emergency basis or a full turn key project with our electrical installation team. We can support with design and drawings, PLC/HMI programming, equipment specifications, and continuous improvement projects.

With more than 15 years of experience in the electrical field, Brian Rosser is our Operations
Manager. Brian started his career as an electrician working on large commercial and industrial projects. Since then, he has worked as a Controls Engineer and Electrical Training Instructor. Most recently, he led the E&I team at a large manufacturing facility where he was responsible for the critical instrument program and electrical distribution infrastructure.

Serving as our Engineering Manager, Nathan Howdon has over 10 years of Electrical Engineering and leadership experience within the industrial manufacturing and mining industries. He comes to Grove after serving as the Plant Engineering Division Manager where he was responsible for Engineering, Maintenance, and IT at a major tire manufacturing plant in the Nashville area.
